Day 1 Screening Test of SSB Interview Selection

Day 1 Screening Tests

Day 1 of the 5 day SSB interview period is the screening tests. On this day the basic tests like intelligence tests and the picture perception tests are conducted. Candidates who fail to qualify for the level of marks required are sent back on the first day itself.

Remaining candidates are supposed to stay back for another 4 day period of continuous testing. So passing the screening tests on the first day should be your first goal in your ultimate goal of SSB selection.

Screening Test

As mentioned above there are 2 basic tests conducted on  the first day-
Intellligence test
Picture perception test

Both these tests are conducted in a tight time schedule where the pattern will be like more questions and less time. This type of testing is done to make sure that the  candidates are put into a pressure situation which will make them nervous. Here the ability of the candidates to overcome that pressure and answer perfectly is considered for selection.
